For me it was the two things I did for Alexis in Shadowbringers.
1. I use the PS5 accessibility settings to turn the the screen greyscale every time Alisaie wasn't on screen to symbolise she's watching the memories back
2. I soloed the Hades fight due to being impatient.
The emotional impact of the first thing means I can no longer view anything past patch 4.4 normally. The second gave me the reason for the OG Alexis's death because G'raha couldn't summon heroes from across the rift.
Over 1 year and I'm still destroyed by this
