I think when they finish the strategic corridors (Herring Cove Rd, Bedford Hwy, Portland/Cole Harbour Rd) there will likely be even more push to finish the peninsula network. I think we can get council there. But I worry about Bill 24 and the precedent being set by the province to grab more power
