I also believe that it wouldn't violate HIPAA to ask *whether* the hospital is billing Medicare as Mitch's primary health carrier, and/or whatever Mitch's secondary health carrier is. Not asking details abt what treatment is going on, just asking IF the hospital is billing the carrier.../1
