I have a Sam's Club 1 mile from my doorstep. The closest Costco is 1 hour and 20 minutes away. Costco's values are literally why I make the drive to Costco.
Costco gave a tiny wage increase to stop the union movement that was happening. DEI is just PR to make themselves look good without changing the power structure. Don’t be fooled by sleazy capitalist.

Teamster wanted wage increases and threatened a strike. Costco came to the table and they agreed on the wages that are not set.
