Are you asking if we should worry that AI companies are holding national infrastructure to ransom so that, when the bubble bursts, the government will be forced to bail them out? That's not even starting with the privacy concerns of course

Build at least 100x more than planned, hell, 1000 x more. When it happens, never ever put a faraday box over one for 12 hrs to deplete the internal battery and then strip the gold, platinum, palladium, copper, RAM out of them , do *not* do that. Don’t shine a 50 dollar high power lazer at them

We shouldn't trust AI companies, or our complicit governments, with surveillance infrastructure like this. They have already proven that they're quite happy to abuse innocent people when it suits their aims.

I dunno, has anyone ever written any dystopian literature where everyone is surveilled every waking moment of their lives with no escape? Probably not, right.

very. They're flock cameras with stupidity hard coded in.

Not worrying about your privacy because you've nothing to hide is like not caring about freedom of speech because you've got nothing to say! Women would never get the vote in todays surveillance society... The coppers would be there to break up there demonstrations before they even arrived!

Orange peel & his minions kidnap brown people, put armed murderers on our streets, steal our private data, and add surveillance software everywhere, and hide a dead politician for weeks so he can control their replacement. Oh, and he killed millions during covid. And this is just in the US.

for the love of. why is labour so hell bent on building a surveillance state? oh right. i forgot. they take bribes.

Does it matter? We readily give out all our personal details on a daily basis to various social media platforms and at pos points in shops, we're tracked 24/7 by our phone yet moan about digital ID cards etc.

Ah yes, the "we accept some amount of the thing, therefore we have no other choice but to accept unlimited amounts of it for some reason" argument.
