@bpensils.bsky.social Sorry this took so long🫠 This is inspired by the beautiful fanfiction ACL you've written on AO3. I first read it about four months ago over the course of two nights.. so I need a good thorough re-read, but I've been obsessed with how you depicted Megatron and his backstory.

(Spoilers for ACL, ofc) This is supposed to be the recreation of during chapter fourty I believe, where we take a dive that skims through Megatron's past, and how he first emerged from the mines with some other miners to find an Astra Novus (i think, do correct me), painting the sky.

I don't think I'll be able to say everything I want to, or even in the way I want to since I initially wanted to write a whole ellipsus page on how your fanfiction inspired me, because at it's core you put so much love into it. There's so much more there than it's surface-

and I can't wait to start rereading it over and over. You're the reason I'm even in the Transformers fandom. I'll admit, I just plugged Megop in AO3 and look at most word counts at a whim, but your story has actually made me watch TFA (I'm almost at season 2)-

and It'll continue to inspire for probably a long time to come. I'm in love with worldbuilding, with my biggest influence being Overlord starring Ainz Ooal Gown. How I've had to rewatch it multiple times to understand it's meaning, and I know you've said plenty of times that what you've been-

-building up has been obvious since like Chapter six, I think? I just mean to say I love the fact you're including side plots, and lore, and actual LIVES outside of just the main plotline, and that's what inspires me to start creating, and writing. Maybe one day I'll create something of my own🥰
