I effing hate it .That’s why I do a bunch of onions at a time with a little bit of water with my hand blender.I figure each large muffin cup filled to the top equals one onion.Freeze,put in storage container+pull out whatever you need whenever I also make aromatic pucks (onion, garlic, cilantro etc)
