If Dumpy's mouth is open, he is lying. We all know this. So, I don't listen to his speeches, or even comments & I don't read his Posts; it's too stressful. I listen to trusted news sources to tell me what he's said, or even to say that they make no sense, which is often true. He is mentally ill.
