If he's brain dead but still breathing, he can't resign. Not sure there is a mechanism here unless Connie plays along. Is she still in China?

If he can't do his job ky gov. Can replace him, that's in their state constitution. The repukes thought they could override it but if he is in a coma he can't hold his seat, perform his duties he's has to go. The photos don't prove shit until he's seen in person and awake

Not sure he has the power to declare someone dead without a body. KY constitution says he can fill a vacancy. Is there a vacancy? That's the first court case, followed by one to vacate the law requiring an election. We are at Connie's mercy.
