1 2/3 modules (6-8 contact hours) 2. When I can/must (urgency/panic mode) 3. After 5 pm (both because of ADHD and office hours) 4. ADMIN (and pastoral care) 5. Better consistency than a day a week (but I'm not super successful at this)
