DemCast USAIt’s wild that basic constitutional knowledge isn’t required to be a federal judge. Judicial nominee John Marck couldn't even say if a president can serve a 3rd term under the 22nd Amendment—saying he'd need to "review" it. The Constitution is clear: the answer is NO.
