This woman drove busses for the Navy during WWII. This is my Mom in Hawaii, in 1954. She took Naval personnel to the ships, then brought the wounded back from war to the hospitals. She also worked as mail carrier in Hollywood. First female hired as men were all at war. She's in the hat.
