If you’re representing AAS to IOP then ask them what’s up with their invoicing. I didn’t get an invoice for a recent paper; eventually had to ask for one. They expressed surprise but did so. Then a week later they sent a 90-day overdue notice. Left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. 😬
