finally installed a few netmon packages on dad's weird little *nix router, and fuck if there isn't a single IP—resolving to 'mail2' on an unregistered, for sale domain?!—that by MANY orders of magnitude is most of our traffic blocked it & nothing broke, hoping our connectivity issues are now solved
