Pacific Antifascist Research CollectiveGarret Reinhart, 37, a Customs & Border Protection branch chief from the Atlanta, GA area, was arrested on Oct. 12, 2023 for conspiracy and loitering after he used a dating app to arrange sex in an East Point, GA park with an undercover officer. He arrived with condoms and lubricant, police said.
