If you think Ceuta and Melilla are Moroccan because the Spanish mainland is in Europe, or Spain doesn't hold a contiguous border with them, I'd love to see your arguments re: Kaliningrad, Turkey evacuating Istanbul, or Egypt giving up the Sinai.
