By "a terrible mess" The Rich mean Biden's admin was taking rich people's tax money and using it to benefit the poor. If The Rich wanted The Poor to have basic needs on their dime, The Rich want The Poor to work for it. What we call inalienable rights (life, liberty...) they call "a terrible mess."
