GOOD NEWS: Climate credits totaling $72.36 will be automatically applied to millions of Californians' energy bills this summer thanks to the Cap-and-Invest program, which requires polluters to pay for carbon emissions. Since 2014, PG&E households have received ~$1,200 in California Climate Credits.
