Just so you all understand When the Reflecting Pool.. was completed.. The idiot Con Man drove his stupid MotorCade through the pool directly after it was done .. Its suppose to dry for 48/72 hours before you use it.. HE DAMAGED THAT POOL! And Wasted your $16M in ur Tax dollars He should be sued
