also not to criticize something for not being what it isn't, but man, sometimes I wish you could talk about this show like "Oh, that was the La'an episode, that was the M'Benga episode, that was the Chapel episode" instead of "that was the musical episode, that was the ghost ship episode, etc"
James WhitbrookI'm not a big horror person so I don't think this one was ever going to really work for me, but SNW leans into the horror bucket a lot more than it should, and I think doing that means it has to escalate to an episode like today's, which is just off-putting to me
