all the examples cited are baseball stadiums (half the size, used 10x as often), euro soccer stadiums (sites chosen 100 years ago), or Detroit (were three stadiums the right call to revive the empty downtown core? why does the baseball stadium face south? it's so sunny in the afternoon!)
