90k homes will have to have more money spent on them because they’re being located directly in an area of high flood risk. That’s 90k families hoping this is done right when they wouldn’t have to do that if the homes weren’t built there. Do you understand that’s money being wasted?

Do you also understand that putting in flood defences for these newly built homes may push the pressure of the flood further down to an area without flood defences? Damaging homes or businesses that haven’t had to deal with flooding before? Labour are making these decisions to do this.
