Huh. If only we had the technical capabilities to see this ourselves and not depend on Ukraine. That would require a big signals assessment capability and apparently don’t have that in the NSA, NGA, NRO, DIA, CIA, etc. No wonder Trump views our intel agencies so negatively. 🙄
