The problem is that people HAVEN'T BEEN GOING TO JAIL FOR THIS. They lie to Congress, nothing happens. They get caught evading their taxes, they get a slap on the wrist. They use insider trading, and the IRS doesn't care. We had a President who lied day-and-night and Democrats LET HIM GO.
