That would cause a lot of red states to become insolvent. My current red state gets 5 to 7 percent of its budget from hard working Dem leaning Californians. Bite the hand that feeds you, huh? Cali only gets 85% of its taxes back. MAGAS live in a lot of SOCIALIST states.
