RETINOBLASTOMA SCAM - A variant of the above, with graphic images that I won't repost - Scammer claims to have a son with retinoblastoma, posts the same three images. All of them can be reverse image searched - The name attached to this is usually "Rose Nyahiri" but others have done it too
