I believe there are 60 votes in the Senate. I don’t believe Rand Paul had to whip anyone. The votes are there. The roadblock is Thune & Johnson. Trump will see it as betrayal. Bare shelves & mass layoffs do tend to force hands tho & both are barreling toward us at warp 9. So—vote by 4th of July?
