They don't have proper identification to prove that they're actually ICE. They can detain them for 24 hours or more until they sort it out. There must be a basement in CA.

On a more diabolical thought, where DeSantis flew innocent, unsuspecting families to a different state, perhaps Newsom can send these ICE agents to a prison in S. Africa.
