I was so thrilled to see this thinking "now *THAT* is a thing I can remember!" & I just had to look it up because I already forgot. But I do remember "room temperature" is 20⁰ although that's 4⁰F lower than what I think of a room temperature in US (72⁰F) because I learned that long ago.
