Funny thing. I used to hate reading fantasy. Vowed to never write it. Then I went all doom and gloom in life. One day I created this tiny chaotic mushroom fey character just for fun and took him and a girl on an adventure in a story. Little by little, writing feral chaos fantasy healed me. And.. 1/2

Now I adore the wildness of fantasy. I turned those characters into a massive chaotic dark world with a heart breaking magic system. Fantasy is a new love for me. With camp, I'm hoping to find the spark I lost in the querying trenches just from the beast it is to be querying. And meet new friends 🖤

Sprig!!! 🥰 he's from Muriven Hollow where death or insanity is guaranteed for any not of the mushroom fey species. The hollow is dark, sparkly, and rigid in chaos tradition. 😁 I created a whole world lmao I'm soooo ecstatic you genuinely like him!! He's my heart and soul! More than the story itself.

🥹 you have no idea what that does to my writerly heart. I could talk about the world I created all day. I designed the map myself, created sentient ecosystems with their own back stories, and so much more. I'm praying for an agent soon!
