My motorcycle was stolen from outside of a shitty punk club in Pomona. The police recovered it and arrested someone, and put it in impound. The two yard wanted like $400 to get it back. It was more than the bike was worth. Police told me I could sue the thief in small claims to get the money back.
Jack NorrisMy car was stolen. The cop acted annoyed she had to file a report and even acted like I was somehow responsible. Then they ticketed my car days later but didn't recover it. And tried to get me to pay the ticket. Then they'd call me every 6 months to see if I recovered it.
