That's his back wings! :D One of them is super messed up so he can't fly with them, he can grab with them though, or get a slight boost forward.

He can't fly because he's too heavy and his wings are too small, BUT HEY HE CAN TECNICALLY HOMING ATTACK AT PEOPLE SO IT STILL WORKS! :D Sometimes having half a wing still is cooler than having no wings at all.
