apparently whoever installed this pipe scratched the SHIT out of it, and it must have been spraying back there for a day or two. @quiet-choir.bitch.space only noticed sunday night, and we couldn't get someone out here until this morning. thankfully the plumbing fix was fast, but not the entire fix.
