New neighbours started laying a new lawn *after the hosepipe ban* came into effect. They’ve now had sprinklers on all day. I appreciate Anglia Water are toilets, and if they fixed leaks there wouldn’t be a ban, but ffs - why do I have to play by the rules when these cunts don’t?
