I've got an idea for ICE: What if your vehicle searches were in a marked police car with a light bar on the roof, you flip on your lights, blip your siren, and pull them over. Like a legitimate cop does. Not rushing out of an unmarked van with hoods over your faces, like terrorists. Hmmm?
