I keep an old Nissan Xterra with real 4WD and oversized Nokian AT tires for winter and off-road. It's ICE, so I drive my FWD EV most of the time. I've driven the Xterra through 9–10" of snow. In 4" of snow, good tires matter more than AWD. Go slow—stopping is the real challenge.
