I say dw about it, no need to play in that space if you’re uncomfy. I wait 2 years. I ask to at least get called “puppy” on occasion. Then he’s telling me get a tail, get ears, if it’s what I want then do it. So I do it. It took me months. It took tons of prodding on his part.
