Yep! 👍 Have worked with the NHS, on various data collection stuff in my time, & decent questionnaires, not ones being used as weapons, will always have the "Prefer not to Say" option - otherwise known as the mind your own business option on it. Bit of a red flag when they don't... ⚧️🤨🌈
