all of the $$$ goes into Social Security, EV subsidies, UBI, etc. Don't use taxes. Extract hedge fund money and spread it all around. Short SpaceX, cut them off from NASA unless they want to be under NASA. Once the stock is hammered, make a lowball offer. Suck Wall St DRY on their own playing field.
