Every few years I fly Delta and I think "this won't suck, it's just like any other airline." At this point Delta ensures my flight collapses into a Buster Keaton style chaos. Then I say "Never again. Delta is the worst never forget". Folks, please remind me this in 5 years time

Really i gotta just remember to watch the John Mulaney "🎼Because we're Delta Airlines/and life is a fucking niiiightmare🎵" routine before booking any flight in the future

My Dad has a ton of Skypesos and so we inevitably take a delta flight once every few years because he wants to go on some trip and we say "no we're not paying 4 grand in airfare to see a waterfall. We have waterfalls at home". Then the flight always sucks.
