I hope this is not insulting anyone I follow or anyone who follows me, but if you are tempted to repost the the thing going around that starts "Kentucky’s constitution gives Gov. Beshear the power to appoint a Democrat to McConnell’s seat" please don't. The constitutional language is ambiguous, 1/2
