Sure is interesting how the moment a lot of women/girls/AFAB folks start being diagnosed with something, suddenly we get an upswing in 'it's overdiagnosed'/'it's not real'/'it's just a fad'.
(Also and relatedly 'but it must be being overdiagnosed because we assumed there were fewer of you and we're uncomfortable with the idea that our assumption was incorrect' continues to be a fucking stupid way to make policy)
(As does 'but by that metric *I'd* classify as X, so it must be wrong'. Go do your soul-searching somewhere else rather than basing policy off your desire to make it go away)
