It's possible to hold moderate political beliefs and be a "fighter" but it's much harder to be pro-establishment and be a "fighter." E.g. you can say "taxes should be lower but also fuck Trump" but harder to say "presidents shouldn't be unaccountable & do illegal wars except when our side wants to."
