I am going to disagree. Beshear has done nearly the impossible in KY. He knows the lay of the land. Let the GOP defend paying a salaryt to a man possibly brain dead or dead.

The GOP defends and helped re-elect a 34 count felon, so I'm pretty sure they don't mind paying a dead rich person's salary.

Well.. any candidate in a storm.. but, illegally collecting a federal salary when brain dead.. that’s fraud. The calls should be going into the OPM - since their failure to do due diligence could be construed as enabling fraud.
