FLAG: Jim Jordan has sent a letter to Todd Blanche referring Jack Smith for criminal charges. Jordan claims "sufficient evidence exists for the DOJ to examine" whether Smith intentionally made false statements to Congress as a way to obstruct oversight. No such evidence exists.
