Lord Zedd and Rita Repulsa concoct a scheme to kidnap the real Billy and make an evil one. Trouble begins when the kids notice Billy acting weird. After infiltrating the team, he renders the Rangers powerless when he takes their Power Morphers and they must cope with Goldar as well as Vase Face.
