If someone misoriented me and referred to me as heterosexual, would I be justified in having a serious hissy fit, aggressively reprimanding them whilst shouting “I’m gay! I’m gay” at them and then trying to sue them for completely failing to affirm me? How far would I get? Asking for a friend. 😉
