Parking lots are a great place to put solar panel coverings, for multiple reasons. But that’s much more expensive than ground or rooftop solar installation.
Well, the economic argument is not one that I find should be the deciding factor in most cases, but for parking lots that otherwise generate a revenue as opposed to ground installations on vacant lots, I would think it more than evens out...
The building code should include built in renewables too.
