Grant Stern25 июл., 19:49Unfortunately the Senate didn’t have the votes to ratify the resolution. Republicans plus John Fetterman blocked it. Even if Fetterman had voted against war, then JD Vance would have broken the tie or maybe tie just means it does not pass.
