he's not in jail and if he ever becomes legally competent for trial, they will sentence him accordingly. he asked for his competency to be evaluated, nobody made an example of him

What is the functional difference here between this and jail? He can't fuckin leave and has cops around him all the time, and if the docs ever declare him fit, he just moves to a different cage This isn't something that should happen to anyone, but especially a kid.

you should read up more on his cases, this was not his only offense, the others are much worse. he said he won't stop committing crimes, and his actions have backed up those words at every opportunity.

I have, and I work in infosec. I do not think his punishment of lifelong institutionalization fits his crime.

yer amazing how all the people who were all up in arms over his sentencing have slunk away when his other crimes came to light or they keep harping on about the hospitalisation that HE asked for... goes to show how many people don't actually look past headlines -.-
